Douglas, better known as Corny, is a former student at Neptune High and one of Veronica's few friends. He is the resident stoner, and occasionally helps Veronica whenever she seeks his help.
He created the exploding bong that was snuck into Logan Echolls' locker in the pilot.

He was also the bait when Veronica set out to catch who had been tasering Cho's pizza delivery boys and stealing their money.

Corny bumps into Veronica in the reunion. He has been making wallets out of duct tape, maps, and possibly other materials, and sells them online.
