Walkie Talkies are ranged communication devices used to send voice messages to another person. Veronica Mars keeps a pair in her locker and on her car at all times. When Aaron Echolls attacks her after she rushes to the authorities to show them the proof that Aaron murdered Lily, Aaron knocks Veronica out and placed her in a fridge along with Walkie Talkie. When Veronica catches her second wind, she finds one of the Walkie Talkies with her while Aaron was talking on the other line, maliciously forcing her to tell him the location of the tapes.
